Ecology Law Quarterly has a new issue available online! It features articles about global environmental law, standing, and the Supreme Court case, NRDC v. Winter. All the articles are available to read on ELQ’s website: http://www.boalt.org/elq/.

Ecology Law Currents, ELQ’s online companion, serves as a forum for Responses to the articles written in ELQ and we are seeking Responses now! A Response should comment on one of the Articles in an interesting and novel way. Responses should take the form of short essays under 3,000 words and need not be as heavily footnoted as traditional law review articles.
